Reply to a Notice

I received a notice from your office.

If you received a notice from our office, you may use the online Notice Reply form to respond to an Address Change Notice or an Address Confirmation Final Notice. The Lee County Supervisor of Elections is statutorily required to send these notices as part of a mandatory, comprehensive list maintenance program. The objective of the list maintenance program is to maintain accurate and current voter rolls.

What if I no longer live in Florida?

If you no longer claim Florida as your state of legal residence for voting purposes, your SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED to cancel your Florida Voter Registration. Please mark the checkbox for canceling your registration, complete, sign, and return your notice to our office.
 

If I use the online form, do I need to mail back my notice?

If you use the online form, DO NOT mail the notice back to our office unless you are canceling your Florida Voter Registration.
