Vote-by-Mail Ballot Signatures

I forgot to sign my Vote-by-Mail ballot

If you have received notice that you did not sign your Voter's Certificate envelope, you must complete and return the Signature Cure Affidavit along with a copy of one form of identification to ensure your ballot will be counted. 

The signed affidavit and attached copy of ID may be returned by mail, fax, email (as an attachment), or hand-delivered to any branch office location

ALL signature affidavits must be received, by the Lee County Supervisor of Elections, before 5 p.m. on the second day (Thursday) after the election.
