Deadline to Request Vote-by-Mail Ballot to be Mailed

Primary Election on Tuesday, August 20, 2024.

  • 5:00 p.m., Thursday, August 8, 2024.

Deadline to Return Vote-by-Mail Ballot to the Lee County Supervisor of Elections

  • Before 7:00 p.m. on Election Day for any election. A Vote-by-Mail ballot received after 7:00 p.m. on August 20, 2024, is ineligible to be counted. 

By Mail
If you plan to return your ballot in the mail, we suggest you do so no later than Tuesday, August 13, 2024


Hand Delivery
You or someone you choose may return your ballot to any branch office location no later than 7:00 pm on Election Day.

If you intend to drop off your ballot on Election DayAugust 20, 2024, the following Lee County Supervisor of Elections offices will accept Vote-by-Mail ballots until 7:00 p.m.:
