  • Campaign Financial Reporting System Affidavit Initial Filing - Required 
    The Lee County Supervisor of Elections provides its own (CFR) Campaign Financial Reporting System for the filing of required campaign finance reports. The Lee County (CFR) Campaign Financial Reporting System facilitates the electronic filing of required campaign finance reports in lieu of filing original and signed campaign finance reports by hand delivery or standard mail.  Upon filing Form DS-DE 9, a candidate and his/her campaign treasurer and deputy treasurer (if one is appointed) will be provided a User Identification Number, password and PIN access to the CFR System for the filing of required campaign treasurer’s reports.
  • DSDE 104 Candidate Petition Form Optional 
    A candidate for Village of Estero may obtain the valid signatures of registered electors in Lee County as indicated below. Submit signatures to the Lee County Supervisor of Elections for validation. Upon certification, by the Supervisor of Elections, that the candidate has obtained the required number of valid signatures, the signatures shall take the place of the filing fee. Signatures must be submitted on or before NOON, December 14, 2022.

District 3:  43 Signatures
District 4:  37 Signatures
District 5:  45 Signatures
District 7:  56 Signatures

  • Nickname on Ballot Affidavit May be required if using a nickname - review instructions for applicability
    If you plan to designate a nickname on your Candidate Oath form other than a generally recognized, shortened version of your legal name, you must provide notice of your intention to the Supervisor of Elections well in advance of the qualifying period and make a satisfactory showing you are generally known by the nickname or that you have used the nickname as part of your legal name.

 and Filing Fee (if any) may be submitted beginning December 26, 2022.

 

 

 

  • Form 1 Statement of Financial Interest for 2022 Required - submit at time of qualifying
    Candidate must file Form 1 Statement of Financial Interests for the office sought.  This form may only be submitted during the qualifying period.
  • DSDE 302NP Candidate Oath - State and Local Partisan Office Required - submit at time of qualifying
    Candidate must file the Candidate Oath for the office sought. This form may only be submitted during the qualifying period.  
  • Canvassing Board Meeting and Logic and Accuracy Testing Schedules Required - submit at time of qualifying
