Vote-by-Mail Request Expiration Notice
On Monday, September 23, the Lee County Supervisor of Elections Office began mailing Vote-by-Mail Request Expiration notices to voters whose Vote-by-Mail requests expired on December 31, 2018 and those whose requests will expire December 31, 2020. These voters will have the opportunity to renew their requests through two general elections.
If you receive this notice, you may use our online Vote-by-Mail Web Request portal or call our office at (239) 533-8683 to update your request.
Address Confirmation Notices
In April 2019, the Lee County Supervisor of Elections mailed Address Confirmation Notices as part of a mandatory, comprehensive list maintenance program. The objective of the list maintenance program is to maintain accurate and current voter rolls. The Address Confirmation Notice is mailed to all registered voters who have not voted in the last two years, and who did not make a written request that their voter registration records be updated during that time.
If you received an Address Confirmation Notice from our office, you may use the online Notice Reply form to respond to the notice.
The online Notice Reply form cannot be used for a name change, change of party affiliation, change of address outside of Florida, or to cancel a Florida voter registration. For more information about making these type of changes, visit the Update my Voter Registration Information section of this site.
