Voter Registration Book Closing Deadlines

  • Monday, May 6, 2019 - Deadline to Register to Vote  
    • Florida law requires the voter registration books close 29 days before each election.
    • Eligible voters in the must be registered to vote prior to the book-closing deadline in order to vote in this election.


Deadline to Request Vote-by-Mail Ballot to be Mailed

  • 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 29, 2019

Deadline to Return Vote-by-Mail Ballot to the Lee County Supervisor of Elections

  • Before 7:00 p.m. on Election Day for any election. A Vote-by-Mail ballot received after 7:00 p.m. on June 4, 2019, is ineligible to be counted. 

If you plan to return your ballot in the mail, please do so no later than Tuesday, May 28, 2019. After that, you will need to drop your ballot off at any one of our office locations

If you plan on dropping off your ballot on Election Day, June 4th, the following Lee County Supervisor of Elections offices will accept Vote-by-Mail ballots as follows:
