I received a Signature Cure Affidavit for Vote-by-Mail Ballot
If you returned your vote-by-mail ballot to the Lee County Supervisor of Elections and there is an issue with your signature on the Voter’s Certificate on the back of the certificate envelope, you have the opportunity to cure your signature.
Florida law allows you to cure an issue with your signature on the Voter’s Certificate as an alternative method to have your signature verified by the Elections Office.
You must submit to the Elections Office, a completed and signed Signature Cure Affidavit for Vote-by-Mail Ballot, along with a copy of your identification by 5:00 p.m. on the day before the election.
Please follow the instructions on the form carefully, as failure to do so may cause your ballot not to count.
