If you received a notice from our office, you may use the online forms to respond to an Address Change Notice, an Address Confirmation Request, or an Address Confirmation Final Notice. The Lee County Supervisor of Elections is statutorily required to send these notices as part of a mandatory, comprehensive list maintenance program. The objective of the list maintenance program is to maintain accurate and current voter rolls.
What if I no longer live in Florida?
If you no longer claim Florida as your state of legal residence for voting purposes, your SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED if cancelling your Florida Voter Registration. Please mark the check box for cancelling your registration, complete, sign and return your notice to our office.
If I use the online form, do I need to mail back my notice?
If you use the online form, DO NOT mail the notice back to our office unless you are cancelling your Florida Voter Registration.
